Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including sales strategy development, market analysis, and performance management.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in Perth, Western Australia, and requires regular travel to other locations within the region.
