Our reverse vending machines enable the collection of empty drink containers in Australia, ensuring that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again - time after time.
The Recycling Centre Attendant plays an important role in championing the Containers for Change Scheme by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient environment, and ensuring our machines and sorting equipment are running as intended.
The team members are passionate about doing good for the environment and the community.
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment
- Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
- Ensuring sorting equipment is running efficiently
- Monitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns
To be a successful Recycling Centre Attendant, you will:
- Have a passion for environmental sustainability and conservation
- Have a keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment
- Be a safety champion
- Have experience in face-to-face customer service
- Be physically fit
