About this role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Environmental Services and Regulation (ESR) division to provide targeted, consistent and transparent regulation for sustainable development in Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and a proven track record of managing and monitoring environmental risks through a modern and innovative regulatory framework.

- Manage and monitor environmental risks through a modern and innovative regulatory framework, including assessment, compliance, investigation and enforcement programs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and a proven track record of managing and monitoring environmental risks through a modern and innovative regulatory framework.
A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field is required. Relevant work experience and certifications are also highly desirable.
