The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Sustainability Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Environmental Impact Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure our environmental impact and compliance with sustainability standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices throughout the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community partners, to promote our sustainability initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company maintains compliance with ESG-related regulations and obtains relevant certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
