Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Manager AUS & NZ, your main role and responsibilities will include:
- Active involvement in daily HR operations, including talent acquisition and management.
- Contribution to the senior leadership team to achieve organisational success.
- Development and implementation of training programs in partnership with business leaders.
- Management of employee grievances and ER issues, including escalations for a blue- and white-collar workforce.
- Change management and stakeholder influence.
- Ensuring compliance and employee safety policies are up to date.
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated HR Manager who can develop and build a HR culture in the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of policy improvement, and the ability to take on multiple HR responsibilities daily.
