Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor with operations across the world. Due to a recent organisational remodelling in their Australian and NZ businesses, a new ANZ HR Manager opportunity has been created.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager AUS & NZ, your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Active involvement in daily HR operations, including talent acquisition and management.
  • Contribution to the senior leadership team to achieve organisational success.
  • Development and implementation of training programs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Management of employee grievances and ER issues, including escalations for a blue- and white-collar workforce.
  • Change management and stakeholder influence.
  • Ensuring compliance and employee safety policies are up to date.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated HR Manager who can develop and build a HR culture in the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of policy improvement, and the ability to take on multiple HR responsibilities daily.
