Compensation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced compensation specialist to assist in our busy operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and process payroll information for approximately 75 employees.
  • Create and distribute regular payroll reports to stakeholders.
  • Purchase site expenses by raising purchase orders.
  • Authorise and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports for leadership teams as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support across the site.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in compensation management is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Kronos and/or SAP systems is advantageous.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration.
