Customer Success Associate Job Description

The Gig:

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. The purpose of this job is to support both Enterprise & SME teams with day-to-day administration tasks related to Salesforce, Zendesk, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to all Customer Success Managers from Enterprise & SME teams with day-to-day Salesforce, Zendesk, and reporting tasks.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to prepare for pre-sales activities
- Administer Salesforce, perform bulk updates, and collaborate with the Centralised Operations team as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff members to the team and provide ongoing training
- Perform reporting administration, including compiling practice reports as required
- Provide Zendesk administration, triaging tickets, and taking action on them as necessary
- Collaborate with Enterprise Customer Support Managers and the Support team on new customer onboarding

Experience you'll bring:

- Experience in a mid-level administrative role
- Experience and capabilities in a mid-level customer service role (experience handling enterprise accounts is preferable but not essential)
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- MS Office skills, particularly comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL database experience (preferred but not required)
