Medical Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Medical Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of medical appointments and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule medical appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Quality check medical results to ensure accuracy.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client wait times and reporting requirements.
  • Manage phone queues and log all calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with general administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 5am and 4pm WST Monday to Friday.
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
  • Strong customer service experience with a professional phone manner.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing top-quality service.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
