The Medical Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.">
  • Coordinating patient appointments and ensuring timely preparation for imaging and treatment.">
  • Managing reception duties, patient records, and billing processes.">
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners including hospitals, referrers, and allied health providers.">
  • Supporting consultant practices with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.">
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and upholding WHS standards.">
