Enhance the guest experience as a Guest Service Agent at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central, a dual brand hotel in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Our hotel boasts 473 accommodation rooms & suites, offering an ideal blend of comfort and convenience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

  • Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing helpful information.
  • Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
