Customer Service Position

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Showcase attention to detail, ensuring secure, accurate transactions and maintaining a risk mindset.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Prioritize teamwork and collaboration to drive business results.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 50 hours per fortnight. The regular roster is Monday to Friday, with some flexibility possible for the right candidate.

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, enabling effective solutions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
