Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional reception services to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. This includes check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information on hotel facilities and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role and are committed to delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional reception services to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries, and offering information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Night Team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
