Customer Service Representative Opportunity

At Coles Express, we're seeking a dedicated individual to join our station team. As a customer-focused representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming store environment.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a passion for great customer experiences. You'll be responsible for ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times. This includes handling cash transactions, promoting monthly specials and products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new releases and promotions
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile daily takings
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of community
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents to management
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a clean and organized store environment
