Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our sales team to provide timely and accurate quotes, as well as manage customer inquiries and concerns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Entering sales data accurately into our CRM system
  • Performing administrative tasks as required, including managing cash sale payments and prepaying accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and Microsoft Office
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
