We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Darwin on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product sales, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
