Job Title: Workday Financials Principal Consultant

This role involves bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday Finance solutions and guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
  • Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
Duties & Tasks:
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project in Finance and Procurement area.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday Finance and Procurement solution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage.
Desired Skills:
  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience.
  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered for this role.
