Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the implementation of financial systems, leveraging their expertise in end-to-end software implementation and project management. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and strong influencing skills to drive outcomes within tight timeframes.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Prioritize and manage backlog items, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define and plan Phase 2 scope, objectives, and dependencies, including timelines, resourcing, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate RAID logs, ensuring mitigations and ownership are properly transitioned.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end software implementation project management.
  • Proven track record in financial system implementation (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / General Ledger) or ERP implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
