Job Title

A high-impact financial systems leader is sought to drive modernisation, enhance operations and deliver day-to-day responsibilities.

About the Role

This senior leadership position will be responsible for assisting the finance team in implementing and enhancing data analytics, management reporting and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and collaboration, managing stakeholders at all levels and delivering to deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the availability, reliability, security and robustness of finance systems, data and tools necessary for executing day-to-day requirements.
  2. Support the development and enhancement of data analytics, management reporting and automation initiatives using RPA and AI tools.
  3. Deliver projects in key areas supporting the finance roadmap including TM1 cube redesign, ERP system implementation and other automation initiatives.
  4. Contribute to the vision for finance through the lens of technology, data and automation.
  5. Establish and enforce robust data governance standards ensuring data quality, integrity and privacy across relevant systems and processes.
  6. Lead the development, engagement and progression of team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Finance qualification and/or experience is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems like JDE or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business and ability to tailor effective solutions to meet requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and service providers to maximise value.
  • Experience driving transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions.
  • Collaborative mindset to build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
  • High-impact self-starting individual, resourceful and solution-driven.
