Job Description:

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead a team of experts to help clients solve complex problems in finance management consulting. Your extensive experience in designing and implementing best-in-class financial systems will be crucial in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to meet client needs and expectations
  • Design and implement financial systems that drive business growth and improvement
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Conduct client training sessions to educate them on the features and functionalities of financial systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 8+ years of finance management consulting experience with a focus on finance transformation or finance process improvement

- Significant reporting experience in areas such as Annual and Interim Reporting, Management Reporting, Operational Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Sustainability Reporting, Fund Reporting, or Private Company Reporting

- Knowledge of financial reporting in Workiva and technical competency in record-to-report, general accounting, external reporting and Statutory reporting

- Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution (requirements gathering, solution design and testing cycles)

- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience

- Strong leadership skills and executive presence
