Executive Assistant to High Performing Director

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in a busy, fast-paced role alongside a highly respected agent who delivers exceptional service and results.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and independent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have direct experience in a PA/EA role, a Real Estate Certificate of Registration, and strong administration skills.

  • Calendar and diary management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Liaising with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Database and listing management, KPI tracking, and vendor reporting
  • Auction, open home, and settlement preparation and coordination
  • Property appraisal preparation, aftercare, and administration support
  • Project managing renovations, styling, and marketing campaigns
  • Attending community events and overseeing mailouts and marketing collateral

The successful candidate will be working in a supportive and fun culture with a flexible work environment. They will enjoy working in a vibrant, positive work environment with the opportunity to support an established and hands-on Director.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Direct experience in a PA/EA role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook and computer skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Valid driver's license
