">Are you a results-driven sales leader looking for a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and develop high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Director of Retail Sales to lead our national sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
">- Lead Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute the retail sales strategy in alignment with business goals, driving truck and soft product sales performance through strategic business development.
- Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor a national sales team, promoting a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration, and developing leadership capability within your team through coaching, performance development, and succession planning.
- Partner with Dealers: Partner with dealers to set annual sales targets, business plans, and KPIs, managing pricing approvals, overseeing inventory, and ensuring optimal stock turnover.
- Monitor Financial Results: Monitor financial results, analyse market trends, and implement data-driven action plans to drive continuous improvement in sales operations, process efficiency, and customer experience.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A proven sales leader with extensive experience at a senior level, ideally in a complex, multi-brand or international environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sales strategy, tender processes, and pricing frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through change and growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and B2B/fleet sales.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial reporting skills with a track record of achieving commercial targets.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
">International Experience: International experience and exposure to continuous improvement frameworks are highly regarded.
