Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a top-performing director in the real estate industry. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role involves calendar and diary management, appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and liaising with vendors, clients, and service providers. You will also be responsible for database and listing management, KPI tracking, and vendor reporting. Additionally, you will assist with auction, open home, and settlement preparation and coordination, as well as property appraisal preparation, aftercare, and administration support.

You will have the opportunity to project manage renovations, styling, and marketing campaigns, and attend community events. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing mailouts and marketing collateral.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Direct experience in a PA/EA role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver's license
