The Major Client Group supports corporate customers across various industry sectors.

You will ensure robust risk management practices are embedded across business segments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Upholding the CBA code: reinforcing standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions.

- Operational Risk Management: regular review and development of operational risks and controls.

- Compliance Support: regular review and support of regulatory obligations and compliance arrangements.

- Controls Development: supporting stakeholders to review, develop, and implement controls for continuous improvement.

- Root Cause Analysis: advising frontline stakeholders on risk incidents and issues.

- Risk Data Quality: maintaining accurate risk data in databases.

- Change Delivery: ensuring effective delivery of risk and procedural changes.

- Risk Culture Enhancement: continually improving risk culture and capability across stakeholders.
