Career Opportunity:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and analyze the lending portfolio's performance, track key metrics such as loan delinquencies, defaults, policy exceptional approval, etc.
  • Risk Governance: Establish and update internal credit risk policies, guidelines, and thresholds based on changing market conditions, conduct hindsight review and challenges from the 2nd defence line.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Coordinate stakeholders to compile relevant data, use data analytics to assess portfolio trends, performance, and customer behavior, prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit lending, maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in banking regulations and Group policies, review relevant policies as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably banking or professional services.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM or similar credentials.
  • Good understanding of credit risk management and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written language ability in both English and Mandarin.
  • Independent, good communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Candidates must have full Australian working rights to be considered.
