Job Title: Risk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a pivotal role as the second line of defence, reporting to and engaging with senior stakeholders on business-critical risk and compliance.

Maintain independent risk oversight for our organisation's branch, including the organisation of risk management, control, and outsourcing-related procedures.

Manage the implementation, reporting, and regular performance of our Non-Financial Risk Management Framework.

Manage risk assessments (including outsourcing risk assessments), working hand in hand with the business in control implementation, documentation, and performance, as well as the development of mitigation plans and their follow-up together with our Australian Risk team.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, mitigating, and implementing controls to manage risk, with a focus on technology-related education or experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Line 1 and Line 2 risk management principles, especially in assessing, mitigating, and controlling key risks.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly for foreign-owned or multinational organisations.
  • Experience in legal compliance related to risk management, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in presenting complex risk management topics to senior management.
