We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Communications Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the change communications, engagement and adoption of enterprise-wide communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Plan and execute change management communications plans and activities to support the implementation and engagement of technology systems across the business.">
  • Deliver scalable communications solutions to engage employees and drive change adoption.">
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across different levels of the business.">
  • Proactively manage stakeholder activities and issues.">
  • Provide leaders with tools and templates to support integration and adoption.">
  • Lead the Change Champion network.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain training plans.">
  • Coordinate the implementation of training to ensure all relevant stakeholders are prepared for change.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Tertiary Qualifications

">

A tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, business or a related field is required.

">

Experience

">

You will have at least five years' experience in implementing digital communication tools from a change, engagement and communications perspective.

Skills

">

You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing for various genres, audiences and formats.

">

Digital Skills

">

You will also have highly developed digital skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and intranet tools.
