**Details**:Part time (approx. 24 hours per week), Temporary (18 - 24 months)

decarbonised solutions.

Reporting to the Project Director (ERP Transformation), the Change and Communication

Manager will be responsible for the communication strategy and the communication plan for

the global ERP transformation program.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive program objectives through timely and consistent communications, including

messaging and programs, providing expert executive counsel and coaching and

identifying the best activities for maximizing impact
- Drive the development and deployment of the communications strategy for the program

by working with colleagues and other stakeholders from different functions (e.g. Finance,

Procurement and IT) and locations that advance the business agenda and translate into

value-adding communication.
- Execute a customer-focused communication approach that supports overall adoption

strategy and is focused on building awareness and understanding of changes with all

levels of the organisation
- Work with Project Director and provide input to the project plan and work breakdown

structure and assist in managing timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion of

all deliverables

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant specialty
- Experience in conducting ERP implementations
- Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
