Business Transformation Specialist

This role involves overseeing business change initiatives for IT Financial Management Replacement Projects, focusing on benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of business change management deliverables and resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the IT Financial Management Replacement Project.
  • Establish strategic alignment with business benefits by setting baseline measures and metrics that can be monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Nurture effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, and mitigate risks.
  • Promote strong ownership and leadership through effective communication channels to facilitate successful adoption of the IT Financial Management Solution and other business changes.
  • Assist the Project team in ensuring that the implementation of a new IT Financial Management solution remains within scope and on-time according to implementation plans.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience in developing, documenting, implementing, and evaluating business change in ICT programs/projects within a healthcare environment using industry standards and techniques.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including influencing key stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams.
  • High-level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for complex program/project environments.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with ability to work in team environments developing effective working relationships.
Working Conditions

A practitioner level qualification in Organisational Change Management is highly regarded. Working at different locations within Queensland may be required for this role.
