Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Key requirements include providing administrative support to a team, ensuring the efficient operation of office systems and processes, and adding value to our business.

About the Role
  • End-to-end Accounts Payable including Purchase Order & Invoice entry, reconciliation of statements, and payment batches
  • Assist with month-end tasks such as closing out accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute it to relevant parties
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and on the phone
  • Oversee the reception area and maintain a welcoming environment for clients
  • Effectively respond to and direct queries from clients and colleagues
  • Maintain stock levels for office supplies and kitchen essentials
  • Arrange meeting/onsite event preparations, (including catering and room setup)
  • Filing, collating, photocopying and other administrative functions as required
  • Support WHS related administrative tasks
About You
  • Delivery of exemplary internal and external customer service
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Administration and Accounts Payable functions
  • High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Proven time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to exercise initiative and problem-solving skills within a team environment
