Job Title: Office Administrator

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, lead a small administration team and contribute to the delivery of legal services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office activities ensuring a professional work environment.
  • Lead and support the administration team allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate lawyer and client appointments including diary management for the Principal Lawyer.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment onboarding and leave coordination.
  • Maintain office policies procedures and compliance standards.
  • Provide front-of-house administration and client service support as needed.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in office management or team leadership preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Professional adaptable and discreet with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
