Job Title: Office Administrator
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, lead a small administration team and contribute to the delivery of legal services.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities ensuring a professional work environment.
- Lead and support the administration team allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate lawyer and client appointments including diary management for the Principal Lawyer.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment onboarding and leave coordination.
- Maintain office policies procedures and compliance standards.
- Provide front-of-house administration and client service support as needed.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in office management or team leadership preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Professional adaptable and discreet with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
