
Regional Sales Executive

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to lead the sales growth ambitions in South Australia and Western Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the territory sales plan, acting as the lead sales relationship and managing the annual sales goals.
- Responsible for ensuring sales and market share growth by executing the territory sales plan and acting as the lead sales relationship.
- Design and maintain the territory business plan to ensure strategic alignment with dealer business plans.
- Manage the quarterly market update meetings with dealers to align their goals by product line and conduct documented monthly sales meetings to present key metrics.
- Undertake inventory/pipeline management strategy by conducting quarterly forecast planning and provide financial and product information support on a case-by-case basis.
- Manage dealer agreements to ensure full adherence and provide the JDL connection to customers through key customer visitation plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Sales management and planning expertise.
- Knowledge of OEM retail/wholesale business and precision ag knowledge.
- Practical farm machinery knowledge and ability to carefully plan and measure success.
- Strong relationship, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A passion for the agricultural industry and experience in agriculture or related industries.
- Knowledge of the ag machinery distribution channel.
