We are seeking a skilled engineer to provide on-site technical support for life science and clinical diagnostic instruments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers across Australia and the Pacific region
  • Install, service and maintain all life science and clinical diagnostic instruments
  • Ensure all work orders are handled efficiently and meet customer satisfaction standards
  • Utilize ServiceMax for work order management and tracking
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling tools and test equipment
  • Perform other duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in engineering (electrical, electronic, biomedical or mechanical)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in life science, clinical diagnostics or biomedical services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and results-driven attitude
  • High level of computer literacy and software proficiency
  • Current driver's license valid in Australia
