About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team.

You will spend time on the floor and behind the scenes, balancing leadership, administration, and participant engagement.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals.
  • Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
  • Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:

As a confident leader who thrives on variety, cares deeply about service quality, and wants to work in a role where their efforts directly impact lives.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services is essential.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities are also required.

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset are necessary.

Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda is also important.

Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR certification and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain) are must-haves.
