Job Title: Senior Team Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead our Central Coast team in delivering high-quality services.

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Therapeutic Supported Independent Living (TSIL) program and guide a small team of Youth and Living Skills Workers.

The successful candidate will promote best practice outcomes, manage risk and ensure compliance with safeguarding and WHS standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of professionals working with vulnerable youth.
  • Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of the TSIL/SIL program.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safeguarding standards are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Foster youth empowerment and community integration.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or relevant industry qualifications).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable youth in out-of-home care.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading, coaching and mentoring a small team.
  • Strong crisis management and youth advocacy skills.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and insured vehicle.
