As a dedicated Team Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care our participants receive.

You will be responsible for leading a passionate team, providing guidance, solving challenges, and making sure our services run smoothly.
This is a full-time position where you will spend time both on the floor and behind the scenes, balancing leadership, administration, and participant engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated professionals.
- Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
- Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
- Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to your team members.
- Operational Management: Oversee rosters, manage shifts, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participant Engagement: Conduct site visits, build relationships, and provide real-time feedback.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, adherence to standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
- Understanding of WH&S and incident management requirements.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
