This is a full-time position where you will spend time both on the floor and behind the scenes, balancing leadership, administration, and participant engagement.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
  • Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
  • Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to your team members.
  • Operational Management: Oversee rosters, manage shifts, and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participant Engagement: Conduct site visits, build relationships, and provide real-time feedback.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, adherence to standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
  • Understanding of WH&S and incident management requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
