Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Lead to drive sales, KPI performance, and customer service excellence in our retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and KPI Performance: Drive conversion, sales, and KPI performance through effective coaching and team development.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service standards and supervise the team to achieve a "service over task" environment.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the BOH team to ensure shop floor product availability and uphold company retail standards.
  • Budgeting and Profit Protection: Support the management team in delivering internal and external profit protection processes.
  • Team Development: Induct and train new team members to build bench strength for future store expansion.
  • Coaching and Development: Encourage team members to improve performance through effective coaching and develop their skills to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience within retail or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Passion for creating an amazing service experience and culture for customers.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed on time.
