Job Title: Housing Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our housing program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing market trends and a proven track record of successful project management.

Job Description

The Housing Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our housing programs, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Commercial Contracts: Ensure all commercial contracts are executed to financial close, meeting predetermined conditions precedent.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with commercial managers, legal counsel, risk, and treasury teams to provide transactional support and facilitate deal closure.
  • Coordinate Transactions: Coordinate transactions involving complex deal structures, ensuring timely financial close and settlement, while addressing all conditions precedent and security matters.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in transactions, address and resolve issues with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Financial Close Experience: 3-5 years' experience in financial close, including aspects like debt & equity structuring, legal negotiation, and base rate setting within property or infrastructure finance products.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of finance agreements and loan documentation, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Project Management: Organized and proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-Focused: Solutions-focused with the ability to identify and assess potential risks in transactions, and address and resolve issues with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on efficient and effective social outcomes.
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications, including Law, Accounting, Business, or Finance.
