Job Title:

 

Seeking an Experienced Oncology Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering compassionate patient-centered care.

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Providing evidence-based nursing care
  • Liaising with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensuring patient and staff safety
  • Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members to deliver patient care
  • Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs

 

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care, working well independently and within a team, and possessing sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Essential Criteria:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working with Children check
  • Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing Experience
  • Competence in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration
  • Competence in IV Cannulation & Accessing of CVAD/Ports
  • ADAC trained and certified
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
