About Our Oncology Role

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist who wants to lead by example, share their knowledge and experience with others, and grow professionally.

You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including an oncology suite with two dedicated consulting rooms and a chemo administration area, as well as MRI, CT, and other diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, ACVIM or ECVIM Board-certified) is required.
  • Commitment to excellent patient care and a "fear-free" approach to patient handling is essential.
  • Confidence and initiative to work autonomously while leaning on your team when needed are necessary.

In addition to your clinical skills and expertise, you will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and patients, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
