Transformative Process Excellence Specialist

An exciting new role has become available for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.
You will drive process excellence within our delivery business, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Your key responsibilities include coordinating changes across all Delivery Station operations, providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change approval.
This highly collaborative role requires solving complex problems with simple, practical solutions by developing a deep understanding of operational processes. You will create effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams, enabling overall process alignment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Processing Change Request Intake and planning requests in Sprint Cycles
- Communicating with project owners and engaging with stakeholder teams to ensure positive collaboration
- End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation, ensuring content and deployment readiness
- Implementing small changes in training content
- Supporting Operations / customers with up-to-date information on the change pipeline
- Utilizing data analysis to generate and explain metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with data analysis
- Understanding of operational processes and standard work
- Ability to use data analysis to generate insights and explain metrics
