Transforming Tax Processes for Innovation and Growth

We are seeking a skilled Tax Transformation Specialist to play a critical role in driving our tax process transformation journey. As a key member of our finance team, you will leverage your expertise in tax compliance and innovation to enhance our financial processes, enabling strategic decision-making and fueling our global expansion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Tax Process Transformation: Utilize AI tools and automation to revolutionize tax processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in GST/VAT and FBT compliance.
  • Ensure Tax Compliance Excellence: Support the preparation and lodgement of all direct and indirect tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining excellence in compliance.
  • Enable Strategic Decision-Making: Prepare year-end tax calculations, deferred tax computations, and financial report disclosures to provide critical insights for business growth and AI product commercialization.
  • Deliver Advisory Excellence: Provide timely tax advice and research to support AI transformation initiatives, strategic partnerships, and new business models.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Qualification: CA, CPA, or CTA degree.
  • Tax Compliance Experience: 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance, including Australian tax returns, GST/VAT returns, and FBT returns.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in tax compliance, with attention to detail and ability to navigate complex global tax environments.
  • Innovation Mindset: Excitement about leveraging technology to transform traditional tax processes and drive innovation.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
