You will collaborate with Technology teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs. Additionally, you will create and maintain process documentation, training materials, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for seamless execution.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Process Specialist who has 5+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, or similar environments. You should have hands-on experience with digital transformation, including BPM, ERP, RPA, and system deployments. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead workshops, demos, and change initiatives.

The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of IT delivery and change management frameworks, with proficiency in MS 365 and process mapping tools. A collaborative and agile mindset, with a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead testing activities, including validation of data migration and functionality, escalating issues, and ensuring deployment readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and align practices across functions and states for greater efficiency.
  • Support business readiness through process mapping, data cleansing, and stakeholder engagement ahead of deployment.
  • Facilitate training, transition planning, and change advocacy to ensure smooth adoption and a successful move to BAU.
