Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support and leadership to the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of work orders and delivery of high-quality results.

As an Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office administration, contractor onboarding, and corporate services. This includes managing office space, resources, and assets, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and fleet management.

You will also play a key role in contract administration, ensuring compliance with requirements and escalating issues affecting performance. Your influence will be felt across the business, as you drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety and inclusion.

  • Develop and implement effective processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and support an operations support team across South Australia, ensuring work orders have been completed, closed out and invoiced in line with KPI's
  • Oversee office administration, contractor onboarding, and corporate services (fleet, travel, assets)
  • Deliver operational improvements and foster a culture of safety and inclusion
  • Provide regular feedback and manage performance and conduct issues in a timely manner
