Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Lead to lead our Inclusive Employment program. This role requires strategic operations leadership across multiple regions and sites, with a focus on quality service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple regions and sites.
  • Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model.
  • Leverage systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality person-centred services.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, disability services, employers, and community organisations.
  • Achieve performance and quality KPIs.
  • Represent the organisation at regional forums, industry bodies, and key stakeholder engagements to influence policy and promote inclusive employment.
  • Champion a high-performance and inclusive culture that reflects the organisation's values and commitment to diversity and empowerment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Significant experience in operations management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
