Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

The Service Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in directing and managing front-line teams, ensuring operational efficiency for residents, their families, and visiting health professionals. This position is accountable for workforce planning, shift allocation, and collaboration with the corporate optimisation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all interactions with staff on site regarding roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of available shifts.
  • Manage training and user access to the timekeeping system and related troubleshooting.
  • Partner with the site Leadership team to ensure adequate staff are present at all times, including casual backups and trouble-shooting roster gaps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects on process, engagement, experience, and systems to ensure smooth operations for residents and their families.

Requirements:

  • Extensive workforce management experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience with Workforce Management Systems
