Inventory management plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of any organisation. At the heart of this lies effective inventory control.

This role requires someone who is highly skilled in managing stock levels, closely monitoring and maintaining these levels to meet business fulfillment goals.

  • Manage inventory across multiple zones, moving stock around as necessary to promote a more effective picking environment.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using techniques such as OSMI reports and CuSum analysis.

You will utilise your analytical mind to make informed decisions, have excellent communication skills to articulate and communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and be passionate about process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, set up zones correctly and move stock accordingly.
  • Range Optimisation: Assist in on-boarding new product lines through import or direct delivery strategies.
  • Planning/Process: Continuously evaluate current processes and suggest improvements, create and maintain SOPs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Run analyses on inventory movement with recommendations.
