Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator.

The role will primarily be responsible for coordinating inventory, ensuring all inventories are obtained and purchased correctly and made ready for sale while maintaining excellent accuracy and traceability at all times.

This is a warehouse based role, working closely with various departments on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory in the system
  • Conduct regular physical stock takes
  • Perform stock adjustments
  • Complete data entry tasks

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications and skills will be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience in overall inventory movement and stock control
  • Strong knowledge and experience of IT systems, particularly inventory management software
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Detailed understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
