Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, and providing exceptional support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock
  • Accurately track and report stock levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Provide excellent support to the project team, responding to queries and addressing any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • Extensive knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A current driver's license and the ability to obtain a manual handling certificate (if required)
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
