Supply Support Team Lead Role

We're seeking an experienced Supply Support Team Lead to join our Air Combat and Electronic Attack (ACEA) Program team at RAAF Amberley. In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for leading asset coordinators, managing inventory, and analysing complex problems to mitigate risks and ensure key stakeholder deliverables are met.

You'll provide KPI reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and implement remediation as appropriate. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Requirements
  • A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution is essential.
  • You'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably with exposure to a Defence sustainment program.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders is crucial.
