We seek an exceptional Director, Sales to lead our Health & Care business unit to commercial success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will present market and sector leadership to our customers through our GovTech software and service offerings. You will collaborate closely with our Executive Director and Regional Director, leading a team of sales, pre-sales, and bidding professionals. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the Health & Care landscape and successful strategies to drive revenue and sales of software products.

This senior leadership position demands strategic thinking, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to elevate the team, set benchmarks for excellence in sales, and contribute significantly to defining our Go-to-Market strategy.
